Spicy prawns




  • 300g prawns
  • 125ml Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 x dried red chilli
  • Salt
  • Crusty bread
  • Rocket leaves



  • Heat Acropolis Classic Olive Oil in a pan. Add the sliced garlic and sliced dried chilli to glaze it.
  • When the garlic starts to brown, add the prawns and a teaspoon of salt.
  • Cook the prawns about 8 minutes until they are ready.
  • Serve with crusty bread olive oil and some Rocket leaves for decoration. (Cheese is optional)
