- 300g prawns
- 125ml Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 x dried red chilli
- Crusty bread
- Rocket leaves
- Heat Acropolis Classic Olive Oil in a pan. Add the sliced garlic and sliced dried chilli to glaze it.
- When the garlic starts to brown, add the prawns and a teaspoon of salt.
- Cook the prawns about 8 minutes until they are ready.
- Serve with crusty bread olive oil and some Rocket leaves for decoration. (Cheese is optional)
