Easy French stick tomato pizzas
- French stick
- Grated cheese
- 1 crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp of Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 100ml of passata
- 4 medium tomatoes
- Cut the French stick in into 4.
- Cut them in half parallel with the knife sideways.
- Put the crushed garlic, 100ml of passata, the salt and pepper and 1 tbsp of Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 4 tomatoes in a food processer and blend.
- Spread the sauce on the French sticks.
- Sprinkle the grated over the French sticks.
- Put under grill until the cheese has melted.
