Easy French stick tomato pizzas

 

 

Ingredients

  • French stick
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp of Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100ml of passata
  • 4 medium tomatoes

 

Instructions

  • Cut the French stick in into 4.
  • Cut them in half parallel with the knife sideways.
  • Put the crushed garlic, 100ml of passata, the salt and pepper and 1 tbsp of Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 4 tomatoes in a food processer and blend.
  • Spread the sauce on the French sticks.
  • Sprinkle the grated over the French sticks.
  • Put under grill until the cheese has melted.
