- 260g feta
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 hot pepper
- ¾ cup of Greek yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Mix the feta with the yogurt.
- Add the Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil and vinegar and then mix.
- Food process the hot pepper and the feta mixture.
- Put it in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving.
