Ingredients

  • 260g feta
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 hot pepper
  • ¾ cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 teaspoons Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

Method

  • Mix the feta with the yogurt.
  • Add the Acropolis Extra Virgin Olive Oil and vinegar and then mix.
  • Food process the hot pepper and the feta mixture.
  • Put it in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving.
