HOUMOUS
Ingredients
- 400g chickpeas washed
- ½ lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- Sprinkle of paprika
- Sprinkle of Cumin
- 2 tablespoons of Acropolis Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste
Method
- Drain the tinned chickpeas and rinse.
- Put the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, tahini, in a food processor.
- Keep adding a little of water and Acropolis Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil until you get the right consistency of a paste
- Drizzle some Acropolis Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top of the houmous when serving and add a sprinkle of paprika.
